  32. I have almost the exact same setup except that I have OS2.1
  33. softkicked. I recently installed 1.1 from scratch and had the problems
  34. you describe.  I vaugely remember reading a thread either here or on
  35. one of the mailing lists about the the Retina Z3 causing problems with
  36. the INSTALL kernel but I can't remember exactly what was said.

  38. Anyway, I removed the Retina and the install went perfectly.  The
  39. Retina IS supported but I haven't looked into what the problem is with
  40. the INSTALL (and GENERIC??) kernel.  Anyone?
