- I have almost the exact same setup except that I have OS2.1
- softkicked. I recently installed 1.1 from scratch and had the problems
- you describe. I vaugely remember reading a thread either here or on
- one of the mailing lists about the the Retina Z3 causing problems with
- the INSTALL kernel but I can't remember exactly what was said.

- Anyway, I removed the Retina and the install went perfectly. The
- Retina IS supported but I haven't looked into what the problem is with
- the INSTALL (and GENERIC??) kernel. Anyone?
